Brantley....and his new favorite toy

Cute boy loves when he gets his picture taken. Anytime the camera is taken out he says "CHEESE"

I found Brantley playing his piano the other day

and when he caught me with the camera pointed at him I got this funny face....

the classic "CHEESE"

Brantley loves sitting by the door and he always wants David to sit next to him. So he will go sit down and pat the floor next to him and say "sit, sit, sit"

The other day Brantley got a new toy...and he LOVES it. I have been wanting to buy one but we just didn't have the money. But our Bishop is moving and were getting rid of this and we got it for free.

Brantley loves everything about it...even laying down and going to sleep...okay he doesn't actually sleep but he says "nigh nigh"

Welcome to our life!!!

David and I met at Weber State Univeristy in a chemistry class. David didn't ask me out til the end of the semester, he says that it is because I was still in high school, but I think it is because he was scared. Our first date was April 28 2007, he proposed in November 2007 and we were married January 10, 2008. Our first year of marriage was hard, but as time went on life has only got better.We have been so blessed. We love life now and feel that we have grown closer than we ever could have with all of the struggles and trials that we have gone through. October 24, 2010 we welcomed Brantley Chlarson Smedley into our family. He came 8 weeks early via emergancy c-section. But he is growing like a weed and makes us laugh on a daily basis. Almost two years later, on July 26th, 2012 we welcomed Braylee Sage into our family. She was on time but like her brother wanted to come into this world with a bang. Braylee was also delivered via c-section but she is a beautiful happy baby and we are so glad she is ours. We love our little family and are excited for what the future will bring.
